OUR RETURN POLICY
REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN
In order to return an item, we must be provided with an order number, an email address, a physical address, the item serial number, and the original item that is to be returned.
REASONS FOR A RETURN
Possible reasons for returns include the following: sizing issue, quality issue, design issue, reception issue, or description and accuracy issue.
RETURNING AN ORDER
In order to submit a return, the customer must submit a return ticket. Once the return ticket is processed, the customer will be provided with a physical address to ship the return the order to. Once the order is received, the customer will be provided a refund.
FLAWED ITEMS
We ask that our customers submit photos of flawed items directly through the return ticket in order for us to accurately asses printing, pressing, and packaging issues.
REFUNDS
In order to be issued a full refund, our customers must provide evidence of a package that did not arrive in the form of a police report. Returned items are issued a full refund once we receive the item.
